Anna Tsymbalist and Ksana Sidoruk, who hold positions of Senior Associates at Aleinikov & Partners, assisted TUT BY MEDIA LLC in building a case for invalidation of three written warnings issued by the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus against TUT BY MEDIA LLC. TUT BY MEDIA LLC went to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus with applications to litigate three of the four written warnings, on the basis of which the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus had previously filed an action to terminate the status of online media outlet for TUT.BY in the Economic Court of Minsk. As per decision of the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus, the status action is suspended for three months (from October 1 to December 30, 2020).

Having high credibility among readers, TUT.BY covers newsworthy events in Belarus and in the world to be divided in dozens of thematic sections.
