Following the results of the Minsk tour of the Urban.Tech Moscow, two Belarusian teams will go to a road show trip to Moscow and visit largest tech corporations and pilot sites of the city with possibility to present their products in front of top managers of international companies and Moscow Government officials. The jury of the Minsk tour hackathon was chaired by Denis Aleinikov, senior partner at Aleinikov & Partners, while Dmitry Matveyev, partner, was mentoring finance-related projects.
The winners of the national tour were those who offered task solutions in the Smart City and Marketplaces areas. The task areas also included Finance (Budgeting Process Visualization), Artificial Intelligence (Identification of Innovative Products) and Management System (Digital Urban Space Modeling. The national winners were enabled to continue competing for 10.000.000 RUB - the Urban.Tech Moscow competition award, established by the Moscow Mayor.
Urban.Tech Moscow is the largest technology team development program in Eastern Europe and the CIS. The program is aimed at creating digital products that are addressing the needs of public sector and business customers. It is jointly organized by the Moscow Government, Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative development of Moscow and the Moscow Agency of Innovations with support of the Moscow Department of Information Technologies.
Minsk tour of the Urban.Tech Moscow was jointly partnered by Aleinikov & Partners, Hi-Tech Park Belarus, Belarus’ office of the United Nations Development Programme, Itransition, and PRCI.Storytellers.
