Overall legal support of Austrian Kapsch TrafficCom in implementation in the Republic of Belarus of investment project on creation and operation of electronic tolling system on selected roads of the Republic of Belarus (BelToll). The Project was successfully implemented of the basis of the Investment Agreement with the Republic of Belarus, whereas the announced volume of investments equaled to EUR 267 mln. The Project became the first national example of classical public and private partnership, which was implemented according to «Build-Transfer-Operate» scheme.

Advising MTBank regarding entry into an agreement with Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO)aimed at cooperative financing of projects in the field of energy efficiency;
Advising “BelAZ Trading House”, LLC on the project of attraction of trade financing;
Advising PromSvyazBank (Russian Federation) on the project of financing “Mozyr Oil Refinery”, JSC as part of implementation of the project on construction of the facilities on hydrocracking of black oil fuel;
Advising PromSvyazBank (Russian Federation) on the issues concerning securing performance of obligations under the loan agreement;
